Sponsored Listings Policy

This sponsored listings policy explains how paid placements work in our directory: they are labeled, the company's license is checked first, and sponsors never touch requirement data.

• Every paid placement carries a visible “Sponsored” label.
• We check the license with the issuing state agency before any listing goes live.
• Sponsors cannot edit, rank or influence requirement data, reviews or reports.
• We remove listings when a license lapses or after verified complaints.
